Stacey A. Gordon is the founder and CEO of Rework Work, a company dedicated to providing a holistic perspective on changing the things that don't work in the workplace. Stacey is a diversity consultant with experience in recruiting. Through workshops and presentations, she is dedicated to guiding professionals through the transition to other positions and developing job search strategies. In addition, she advises companies to create a workplace where everyone wants to be. Her professional history supporting diversity initiatives began with her work as a recruiter at Prudential, where she was responsible for the West Coast of the United States. She developed programs for what is now the Dress For Success organization, founded the first professional stage of the National Association of Women's MBAs, and continued her work in diversity at MUFG Americas, one of the largest financial institutions in the world. Stacey served as director of operations on the Los Angeles board of directors of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, later continuing as president. She was also director of training and development at the Human Resources Association, the largest US affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is the author of a book entitled "The Successful Interview: 99 Questions to Ask and Answer (and some you shouldn't)", and several courses on this platform. She provides content to Essence, Black MBA Magazine, Forbes.com, Monster.com, and various professional blogs. Additionally, she was featured in a section of FoxBusiness.com.
