This is what some students have told us about the course after going through it.
I had very limited programming experience before starting this course, so I've really learned a lot from the first few sections.
It's taken me from essentially zero programming ability to a level where I'm comfortable using Python to analyze data for my lab reports, and I'm not even halfway through the course yet.
There are other courses that focus on data analysis, but those courses are usually aimed at people who already know how to code, which is why I chose this course.
Christian DiMaria I have been reviewing your Python course.
In that time, however, and without finishing it, I have been able to automate my work quite a bit.
I work in a school system and unifying data from our various student information systems can be incredibly frustrating, time consuming, and sometimes challenging.
With your course, I learned enough to write applications that convert massive text files into dictionaries that are "joined" like a database and output to properly formatted CSV files and then uploaded via SFTP to various systems for secure processing.
Our teachers, students, and technology department have benefited greatly from this automation.
I just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for helping me learn this skill.
Keith Medlin This course was great.
Within 3 weeks I was able to write my own database related applications.
Theo Coenen And there are many more students who love the course.
Take a look at all the reviews for yourself.
Will this course give you basic Python skills? Yes, he will do it.
There are a variety of exciting opportunities for Python developers.
They all require a solid understanding of Python, and that's what you'll learn in this course.
Will the course teach me data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence? No, it won't. All of these topics are branches of Python programming.
And all of them require a solid understanding of the Python language.
Almost all courses on these topics assume that you understand Python, and without it, you'll quickly get lost and confused.
This course will give you a basic and solid understanding of the Python programming language.
At the end of the course, you'll be ready to apply for Python programming positions, as well as move on to specific areas of Python, as listed above.
Why should you take this course? There are many Python courses on Udemy. Your instructors, Tim and Jean-Paul, are quite unique, having over 70 years of professional programming experience between them.
That's more than a lifetime of skills you can learn Python from.
You can enroll in the course knowing that they are not just teachers, but professional programmers with real business programming experience, having worked with big companies like IBM, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu and Saab in the past.
As such, you'll not only learn Python, but you'll also learn industry best practices for Python programming that real employers demand.
And if that's not enough, read some of the many happy student reviews, there are around 100,000 students who have left around 19,000 reviews.
This is one of the most popular Python programming courses on Udemy.
This is just some of what you'll learn (it's ok if you don't understand all of this yet, you will in the course) All the essential Python keywords, operators, declarations, and expressions needed to fully understand exactly what you're coding and why, which makes programming easier.
to understand and less frustrating You'll learn the answers to questions like What is Python For Loop, what is Python used for, how Python changes traditional code syntax, and more.

August 5, 2021 at 3: 50 pmThe course is quite long. But that's not bad!! I can be sure that most language features will be covered. On the downside, it also means I have to carefully watch even the most mundane and uninteresting classes (for example, creating small toy apps) to make sure I don't miss out on some important feature explained there.
The instructor is knowledgeable and engaging, and the quality of the production is high.
