This microcredential is designed for anyone currently working in complex B2B sales environments, as well as those working in sales or revenue generation in other industries. You don't need specific qualifications, but you do need experience managing a sales channel or managing a CRM. You will be asked to draw on your experiences throughout the course. The ESI curriculum sets the standard for professional sales today, and an ESI qualification will enhance your application for professional sales roles and provide you with the skills to take the next step in your sales career.
