Hello, my name is Dan and I am a certified Adobe instructor for Photoshop. This is the advanced Photoshop course. This course is not for people new to Photoshop. This is for people who already know the basics. It's for people who have their own ways of doing things but believe that there really is a better, faster way to work. I promise, at the end of the first section, what took you 30 minutes to mask will now take you 30 seconds. We'll fix 'hard to fix' images and learn what to do with blurry images. We will master Advanced Levels & Curves tricks and work specifically with the skin, adjusting and enhancing colors. You will learn how to enlarge images without distorting them and also what to do when things go wrong. We will learn how to convincingly remove all types of objects from images. My personal favorite section will show you how to distort, bend and reshape images. We'll look at how current trending visual styles, duotones, glitches, and orange/teal color grading are easily created. We get 'type nerd' and use font matching in Typekit. We'll use Photoshop to identify the fonts used in an image and learn how to work with hidden glyphs and ligatures, as well as open-type and variable fonts. You'll master artboards as you learn how to create easily updateable social media graphics and advertising banners of various sizes. There is a large section on advanced retouching techniques, advanced healing, cloning, and advanced patching. You will learn how to edit videos in Photoshop. We'll also animate still images by creating parallax videos, in addition to the cool cinemagraphs, sometimes called "live images", great for social media. You will learn to master 3D in Photoshop. We will finish the course with techniques and shortcuts for professional and reusable mockups. This course has a strong focus on workflow. We use practical, real-world projects and show you the professional techniques and shortcuts that will save you hours using Photoshop. Throughout the course, I have many class exercises for you to use to practice your skills.
