Newly Updated for 2021! Become a Fullstack web developer by learning the most in-demand skills! This is one of the fastest growing courses on Udemy with over 10,000 in the last 6 months.
Graduates of this course are now working at companies like Google, Tesla, Amazon, Apple, Shopify, JP Morgan, Facebook, and other top tech companies (.
really).
Join a live online community of over 40.000 developers and a course taught by an industry expert who has worked in both Silicon Valley and Toronto as a senior developer and technology leader.
This is the tutorial you've been looking for to become a modern web developer in 2021 and it doesn't just cover a small part of the industry.
This covers everything you need to know to get hired: from absolute zero knowledge to being able to put things on your resume that will allow you to live the life you want.
It sounds too good to be true? Give me 5 minutes of your time to explain why I created this Web Development course and what is different here than thousands of other courses on the internet - I update the course every month to make sure you learn the most up-to-date skills! There is no wasting time here.
We will not use outdated technologies like PHP, Wordpress and JQuery.
While still useful, outdated technologies like the above are unprofitable and demand for them is declining.
In this course, you will learn the specific technologies that are most in demand in the industry right now.
These include tools and technologies used by the largest technology companies like Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
It is specifically aimed at people who want to learn employable skills in 202. You will be able to apply for developer positions, get promoted or upgrade your developer job role and earn a higher salary.
We will not take shortcuts in this course.
You will go from absolute zero: where you will learn how the Internet works.
To Master – where you build an image recognition application using a machine learning API (a subset of artificial intelligence) and all the other modern technologies we learn in the course.
Most students have commented on how the projects in this course have impressed their interviewers and gotten them an offer.
This course is taught by an instructor who has worked in Silicon Valley and one of Toronto's top technology companies.
I have built large-scale applications and managed teams of developers.
I am not an online marketer or seller, but a software developer who has worked directly with these technologies.
I love programming and I think there needs to be a course that actually teaches valuable real-life skills (because most of them are taught by teachers with no work experience).
Your time is valuable and you don't want to spend thousands of dollars on boot camp.
You want a course that describes the best way to become a web developer, in simple, well-explained terms, so you fully understand the topics instead of seeing someone on your screen and having no idea what's going on.
I've taken the best pieces, tools, and practices I've come across over the years and condensed them all into this course.
50 hours of videos don't mean much if the instructor isn't engaging or focuses on outdated topics.
I made sure that everything covered in this course is efficient and focused on preparing your work as soon as possible! We have a thriving online chat community so you really feel like you're part of a classroom and not just watching videos yourself.
You will have the opportunity to communicate with other students, work together on group projects, and contribute to open source projects.
Whenever you have a question, you can ask it in many places and get immediate help (myself included).
The course is designed to give you skills so you can get a job.
Here's what one student recently wrote after taking the course and being immediately hired: "I'm a self-taught developer, who's been out of a job for about 6 months.
I had some family things come up that kept me from looking for permanent employment, so for a while I was a Postmates/Uber delivery driver.
After taking this course, I was immediately catapulted back to where I was before, but better equipped and knowledgeable to take on the next job.
I had just finished the React section when I went in for a recent interview and it really helped me stand out.
As of today, I am officially rehired in the field, and it's all thanks to this course.
I had a blast creating the final project, and FINALLY learned SQL statements and was able to use them in a project.
.
I'm really excited that Andrei has dedicated himself to teaching relational databases instead of something like MongoDB, which can also be fun, but is less practical to use at work.
So thanks Andrei, I really enjoyed the course and I'll be sure to share it with other people who find it useful.

April 5, 2021 at 7: 15 pmVery good introduction and history of the web and the material in general is far from boring and well taught.

July 10, 2021 at 11: 23 amThis was an amazing tutorial, I learned a lot, especially React. However, I wish there was more to the JavaScript sections, I wanted to see in detail how to configure webpack and babel for es6: maybe an example with a page. Connecting a pure JavaScript website with the backend (node JS + relational database), is it the same as in React? Or will there be some differences?

August 2, 2021 at 2: 54 pmThis is hands down the best course I've ever taken on Udemy. A lot of content condensed into short videos all well explained. I already bought the second part and I can't wait to start with that one.
A minor issue that took away half a star is that some parts, mostly at the end, have you write simple code and then rewrite it to a more complex version. Although I understand this approach, I found it a bit infuriating, I'd rather write the complex code and have the explanation.
But it's just me, some may find this method easier to understand.
An excellent course overall.
