Mary-Frances Winters is the President and CEO of The Winters Group, Inc., a 35-year diversity and inclusion consultancy specializing in multicultural and racial issues. She firmly believes that diversity and inclusion work is her passion and her calling. Winters is a thought leader, and she has spent three decades helping hundreds of organizations and thousands of professionals with her message and her model of diversity and inclusion. She has experience in strategic planning, change management, diversity, organization development, training and facilitation, systemic thinking, and qualitative and quantitative research methods. She has also spent time working with senior leadership teams to drive organizational change. Clients describe her as creative, collaborative, visionary and results-focused, and she also participates in conferences and workshops. Among the awards and distinctions they have obtained, we highlight that in August 2007, the Profiles in Diversity Journal named her a pioneer in diversity and, more recently, in 2016, the Forum on Workplace Inclusion awarded her the Winds of Change award.
