The display and/or use of the CONTENT will be governed by the provisions of the following rules, which the USER accepts and undertakes to respect when registering in the PORTALS:

11.- Loss of user status

The provisions of the preceding paragraphs are understood without prejudice to the provisions of section 10.5 above on cancellations in LOS PORTALES

12.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
